Adriana's China Capstone Trip

My name is Adriana. I am an 8th grade Chinese Immersion student that has been studying Chinese since Kindergarten. In March 2019 I have the opportunity to join my fellow immersion classmates for a Capstone trip to China. This will be a wonderful opportunity for me to celebrate the efforts and achievements of learning Chinese and I will finally be able to use my skills in an authentic setting!!
I am so excited to travel with my friends and Chinese Immersion classmates and see the amazing sights that we will see in Beijing and Changchun. Here are some of the places I am most excited to experience:
1.The Great Wall of China
2.Jilin University Tour
3.Shepherd's Field Orphanage (Service Learning Project)
4. Family Home Stay
I know that I am going to learn so much during this trip! To attend, I need to meet certain academic and behavioral requirements by my school. I also need to raise 2000.00 so my goal is to raise this amount by January 2019. I greatly appreciate any donation you are willing to contribute.
