Adopting Baby Hairston
The news is out!
Our little family is growing through adoption! For many years now, we have wanted to pursue adoption. After two kids, lots of prayer, and the grace of God, we are finally getting to pursue our long-held dream.
Adopted & Adoptive
Our motivation and goal in this journey is the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Though God the Father already had a perfect Son, He sovereignly chose to adopt us and countless others into His family for the glory of His Son. We are humbled and overwhelmed by this reality! How amazing it is that our adoption had nothing to do with what we've done or earned, and everything to do with God glorifying Himself in His Son. We are compelled to join the Lord in this incredible act and adopt a little one for the same reason: that he or she might join in Christ's inheritance and that the gospel might be shown to even more souls in our home. We've been adopted, so we want to become adoptive.
