Thank you for the donations made so far. This campaign has gone a long way for me as I prepare mentally and financially for surgery. I am increasing the goal to cover the costs of unforeseen hospital expenses and healing post-op.

With 6 months of hormone replacement therapy just around the corner I am honoring my transition by fundraising for this life changing surgery. 

I am fortunate enough to have found the language and platform to embrace and embody my identity. In the same spirit, I aspire to make space for those next to me.

My insurance will cover a large percentage of the cost but there is still a considerable amount that I will need to pay out of pocket. I reach out to those who have shown love and solidarity since my coming out to help make this happen.
