Active Duty Tricare Not Covering

September 17, 2018 during a training evolution, I was taken down doing tactical movements.  I was apprehended with my left arm and brought to the ground. I didn’t catch myself before I fell on my right side. As I fell I heard and felt  my breast implant rupture. I immediately went to the ER where I had an ultrasound to confirm what I already knew. I went back to my home port medical base was given a referral to be seen out by another provider to get the implant surgically removed. I was denied multiple times by Tri Care because I didn’t meet their requirements. 

I am a second class Military Working Dog Handler in the Navy. I don’t complain about anything and I won’t start now. However, I’ve made a lot of sacrifices to be doing what I’m doing now. I wish my insurance would take care of the situation but they’re not. This happened while on duty and my insurance is not taking care of it.
