Prom for Students with Autism

Donation protected
Hello friends, over the past few years I have had the privilege to work with high school students who are diagnosed with autism (the Access Program). During that time I realized the importance of providing them with the same opportunities that typical high school students have. As a result, I wanted to host a real prom for these kids; not in a middle school gym with the radio on, but something at a real venue, with a real DJ, for a night they would never forget. So last year, with the help of many teachers, family and friends, we were able to put together a very special night. The prom was held at a local country club, with a professional DJ and photo booth. The prom this year will be held at Florentine Gardens on May 19th. We are looking to cover the costs for prom bids for both the autistic students attending and the other students/teachers volunteering as well as cost of the photobooth and tips. We appreciate all donations no matter how small and know that whatever it is you donate it will make a significant impact in the lives of all of these students and their families. If you would like to learn more about the Access Program, please feel free to email Dr. Mark Lampert at [email redacted].
