Move mountains for mom

In 1994, My mom Najah Abboud got diagnosed with multiple sclerosis disease.. few years after, she got terminated from work after her health condition got worse, now she’s a disability and in need of a lot of medical support. 
 My name is Sara Al Issa , I work 13 hours a day to support her and I would move mountains to ease her pain
I’m trying to get my mom electric wheelchair and fill her missing MS medicines with the medical support she needs
Please help me to put a smile on her face
