Emergency Eye surgery. Help please.

In November 2017 I had emergency Retinal Detachment surgery. I had no insurance and huge medical bills. My Medicare was only 3 months away! I'm 66 years old now and retired. My  only income is from Social Security.   See picture of my huge bill.
 $5000.00 will help me from having to live in a cardboard box under a bridge.
