Abide Women's Health Services

Abide Women's Health Services exists to improve birth outcomes in communities with the lowest quality of care by offering healthcare and complimentary services that are easily accessible, holistic, evidence based and free from judgment.

With your donation we will have the ability to focus on operational and staff development by providing extensive training of staff and volunteers in cultural humility, competency and sensitivity; compile and implement  policies and procedures, and focus on community engagement and development. All of this will be in preparation for opening our easy access clinic in 2020.  In addition to the above we will accept clients on a limited basis by referral, while also providing a space for free pregnancy resources and education available as needed.

Women in and around South Dallas will benefit from the services we  provide because our goals include:

Reducing infant and maternal mortality
Reducing pre-term birth
Reducing low birth weight babies
Increasing breastfeeding rates
Increasing the number of midwives and  birth workers of color

*We want to get babies to term and to their first year.
* We also desire to be a clinic set apart from any other. A clinic where women are seen, heard and valued above all. 

Every woman wants a health baby, but not every woman has what she needs to reach that goal. Help us provide prenatal care for every woman that needs it.
