Abby's Moscow Mission 2017

Donation protected
In March, Abby will be heading off to Russia for a procedure called HSCT (Haemopoietic Stem Cell Transplant). Abby was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (https://www.msaustralia.org.au/what-ms)
in April 2013 (age 44) and quickly learned this was the way forward after she was lucky enough to see fellow Aussie Kristy Cruise have successful treatment (via 60 minutes Australia). She applied soon after. Abby was accepted and put on the waiting list in mid 2014 and received a date which was in Sept 2017.  Luckily Abby's treatment date was brought forward to March 2017.

It's extremely unfortunate that Abby is unable to access this treatment in Australia. It is performed in both Sydney and Melbourne under clinical trial conditions but sadly she does not qualify.

Abby has refinanced her house to pay the 50k USD medical costs. She is very lucky that both her parents (Joan & Jimmy Moore) will accompany her to Moscow, and her husband (Dan Crotty) will take annual leave to look after their son (Jack, 7) while she is away.

Please feel free to make a small donation via 'GoFundMe' to support Ab with her journey to kick her Multiple Sclerosis's arse!

Please also head to Facebook and add 'Abby's Moscow Mission' where you will be able to get updates from Abby on her treatment and recovery.

All the best Abby, we love you !! xx
