Abby's medical expenses

Donation protected
Abby is our 7 year old dachshund who was a gift to my little brother when we moved into our new home. She is the silliest, most loving dog we have ever owned. Recently we took her to get a dental cleaning at Becker College where they took Pre surgical blood work and found that her white blood cell count was incredibly low, too low to put her under anesthesia.

Wishing for a second opinion, my family took her to where my step sister works at a veterinary clinic and they re did the blood work only to find that it had become even WORSE than Becker had found. We decided to take her to Tufts animal hospital, to the internal medicine department in hopes of getting answers. Again, they re did her blood work and it came back worse than the other two times.

The doctors at Tufts informed us that due to her blood work and symptoms, that she most likely has some form of cancer. And wether that's leukemia or bone marrow cancer, or even cancer in her organs, we won't know unless we pay $500 for x rays of her chest and abdomen and $800 for a bone marrow aspirate.

We wouldn't ask if we didn't need the help, we just want to know what's wrong with our sweet Abby and see if she's able to be treated and hopefully cured. Please consider donating and helping Abby get well, anything helps.
