Abbeys brain tumour operation

Hi guys,
My beautiful sister was recently diagnosed with a brain tumour. After meeting with a number of neurosurgeons they did not feel it was safe to operate, basically telling her she will have to live with the constant headaches etc she has already lived with for more than half of her life.
Abbey has lived with severe headaches since she was a teenager and they were never able to work out what the problem was. Abbey recently met with a Doctor Charlie Teo based in Sydney who has agreed to perform the surgery and remove the tumour. Doctor Teo told Abbey that her tumour is the largest he has come across.
Doctor Teo has suggested to operate however this comes at an extreme financial cost of $50,000 (after rebates etc from Private Health insurance) which does not cover any flights etc that Abbey will have to pay for to get Sydney where the operation will take place. When Abbey has this procedure Doctor Teo is confident she will return to leading a normal life headache free.
If Abbey was not to have this procedure the results of this could be permanent vision disturbances and/or excess brain fluid which could lead to stroke potentially causing death.
We are looking to try and raise half of the money for the operation to help Abbey, Abbey is married to Jack and they have 3 young girls all under the age of 7.
At this stage we look set for Abbey to have the operation in March 2018 which is obviously major surgery. Any help would be much appreciated as I am sure you can imagine this is an extremely stressful time for Abbey and her family.
