Thank you for taking the time to take a look at our fundraiser page. Acton-Boxborough is an amazing community with a fantastic hockey history. We are working as an organization to move the program back to a place of excellence both on and off the ice and feel there is an opportunity to partner with our Alumni, Families, and Friends to take a huge step forward as a program through the complete renovation of our Varsity Hockey Locker Room.
How will my donation be used and why are they necessary?
The estimated $12,000 in funds required to complete the project must be raised outside of our standard operating budget and will be used to cover all material costs and labor. The plan is to begin the renovation project on 10/5/2018 for completion by 11/30/2018 for the 2018/2019 season. This is thought to be an investment into the AB Hockey program that will impact all of our players from our current Seniors to the Mosquitos (youngest players) learning to play the game today in our community. Your donation will directly improve the experience of hockey players growing up in Acton-Boxborough.

Donation Impact:
Half of the electrical work required to provide a motivational and energetic environment with LED lighting and industrial fans that is safe and in accordance with electrical regulations.
$500
Donation Impact:
Brand new carpet that’ll smell fresh and keep our skates sharp. It will also be used to teach our boys how to vacuum!
$350
Donation Impact
A complete custom player stall that will become their second home for the season while also being a partner in drying out gear and keeping odor away from their parents’ homes.
Note: $350 + qualify to sponsor a Locker Room Stall with Alumni Player/Family Placard on the stall

Donation Impact:
Industrial Fan – a critical component of the gear drying process that will be necessary every day
Note: $100 + qualify for our contributor plaque with Player/Family Name on a Plaque outside of the Locker Room

Vacuum and cleaning supplies, so our locker stays clean!

Donation Impact:
Hardware for a player stall, ensuring the structure is solid, the player’s skates are hung, and their pads are dry.

A Name Plate signifying a player’s place in the room among his teammates and brothers.
Note: All donations will be retained and managed by the AB Boys Hockey Boosters to ensure appropriate allocation to Boys Varsity Locker Room.
