Hello! I'm Alexis Douglas a Personal Trainer Certified by ACSM( American College of Sports Medicine). I also recieved a degree in Health, Human Performance and Exercise Science from VCU. Please help me as I start my journey of entrepreneurship with My Personal Training business: Fit-By-Lex. I've always loved sports and fitness and want to take it to the next level. A few years of working in corporate gyms and only making a small percentage of their Personal Training Packages has pushed me to do it on my own! I love what I do and want to bring the gift of fitness to whoever I can. I will use the money for exercise equipment and to advertise my business. Anything helps!
