Aaron, Rainy, and Baby Lincoln Fund

It has been a very, very eventful few days for my little brother Aaron Barton, his wife Rainy, and the soon-to-arrive Baby Lincoln. 

On Wednesday, March 20th Rainy was involved in a car accident while in Miami to visit some of her family. Her Mother was driving her car and a couple of Rainy's siblings were with them as well. A man in a large truck "t-boned" the car causing considerable damage. Fortunately, no one was injured, but Rainy, being 34 weeks pregnant, went to the hospital to make sure everything was alright with the baby.

After fluids, medication to stop pre-term labor, and an overnight stay Rainy was discharged from the hospital and plans were made to get her home to Gainesville. My parents and Aaron drove through the night to meet Rainy and her parents half way from down South (a six-hour round trip for all involved). At around 5 AM they all made it back to my parent's house and Aaron and Rainy headed home.

Shortly after leaving my parents they were both involved in another car accident! This time in Aaron's truck, as Rainy's car was already out of commission. Fortunately, again, no one was injured, but it was back to the hospital for Rainy. 

At this point, Friday evening (3/22), my brother and Rainy are at the hospital here in Gainesville and they are keeping her for at least 24 hours. She is one centimeter dilated and everyone is working on postponing Baby Lincoln's arrival for just a bit longer. 

As you can imagine stress levels are high and everyone is exhausted. They are down both vehicles and it is uncertain if bed rest will be necessary for Rainy. Prayers are very much appreciated at this time. Any monetary help is also greatly appreciated and will be of great help as Aaron and Rainy get back on track after this unexpected time of hospital stays and increasing expenses.
