This summer Abington Art Center, in association with Philadelphia’s Lucky Goat Coffee House is presenting our FREE World Music Concert Series on Thursdays, from June 22 – July 27, @ 7:00 pm.
The culturally unique Ram from Haiti, West Philadelphia Orchestra, Okwy Osadebe from Nigeria, Tribu Buharu from Columbia, Septeto Santiaguero from Cuba, and Mbwongwona Star from the Congo make up a lineup of performances unlike any in the Philadelphia region.
Tonight at 7:00 pm, Latin Grammy winners El Septeto Santiguero from Cuba will be performing on the beautiful lawn at Abington Art Center! These concerts are attracting people who have never before been to Abington Art Center - people from the community who found something that brought them to our door.
Your support is invaluable. Presenting high quality arts is tough but rewarding work. We are a small understaffed cultural organization facing the financial challenges of non-profit institutions acoss the sector. There is no such thing as a small gift. Every dollar counts.
