Sober for October

I'm going Sober for October (birthday is also 13/10) to raise money and awareness for the prevention of male suicide. My chosen charity is The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) which is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.

Not only that but all those who really know me, I do enjoy a drink pretty much most nights. So I believe this will be a great opportunity for my personal health too.
