A Water Well in Koidu town, Sierra Leone
Donation protected
Only one well and a creek that dries up during the dry season serves the people of Koidu town, in the Kono district of eastern Sierra Leone.
Rev. Sahr Paul James has been the IGCS National Representative in Sierra Leone since 2007. Rev. James has a church planting ministry, and envisions a water well for each church offering a source of safe, clean water along with the water of life in Jesus Christ.
Last year we completed a water well that now serves hundreds daily at his home church in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Now he wishes to dig another well at a church in Kono. A 25 foot deep, 5 foot wide well with a winch will do it.
