I am holding a photographic exhibition.

Pregnancy and birth are often portrayed in main stream media as a medical drama that women "survive".
The objective of the exhibition is to demystify the fear that surrounds this transformational time of a woman's life by celebrating the beautiful feminine form during pregnancy, birth and the moments surrounding the meeting of her newborn. 

Sydney based birth photographers will exhibit their favourite photographic art pieces in a local seaside gallery on Sydney's Northern Beaches. 

(We were unsuccessful in our application for an Arts council grant so hope that you will want to donate so we can get this show up and celebrate together!)

These powerful and positive images shared by women for women, have the potential to transmit knowledge of a woman's true capabilities. 

There is extraordinary benefit for women to be able to access positive stories about the experience of birth. 

These images express practical wisdom, inspiration and positive information for other women.
