A Split Second Changed Everthing

So, I never thought I would be laying here in this hospital bed three weeks post smacking the back of a stopped tractor trailer at 60 plus mph, and be setting up this fundraiser, yet here I am folks. I am and have never been the one to ask for a hand out, nor do I like anyone doing for me when I am plenty capable of doing for myself. Yet, here I am laying in this hospital bed, asking for your help.
I was the passenger in the vehicle that crashed, not thinking this would ever happen. I was preparing a sketch for a tattoo I was working on. I was kicked back with my feet up on the dash, warm wind blowing my hair around, it was the perfect afternoon weather. Moments later everything changed. I heard a noise which made me look up,  and  when I did all I saw was a semi trailer.  A few moments later I awoke to the screams of the driver begging to be helped. I on the other hand could not do that. My knees were pinned against my chest so I couldn't scream in fear that I would not be able to inhale again. In front of me all I could see was the mangled mess that once was my feet still on the dash.  Folks that was the hardest part out of all of it I think. Seeing my left foot with the "meat" or skin I guess smushed off, and the right foot severed almost completely off, and was holding on by a thread.
So where are we now.? I have completed all the "bone" surgeries , but I still have plastic and reconstruction on the foot that was severed. Still not 100% the foot will make it, but I think everything will be fine.
My injuries were many to say the least, but I have the strength to overcome the all, Lord willing.

I have fractures in my neck, broken right arm,  broken ribs on the right, both hips broken, both legs broken, both feet fractured, left foot severe lacerations, and the right foot severed and broken. I also had to have surgery on my small intestines due to internal bleeding caused by torn veins.
I have many injuries, but I have to say that my legs have been the most painful since the accident three weeks ago. This friday they will start the reconstruction of my right foot. All week I have had to wear this boot with a vacuum pump inside that pulls all the bad tissue from my foot. There is a spike pointed at my heal, and man has that caused some severe pain that never stops, even with my pain medication.
I am asking you wonderful people for funds to help with getting my home ready for my new way of life. I have to have a ramp built, and a new bed because I currently sleep with just a mattress on the floor. In addition to money to help take care of my sons school cloths for the up coming school year.  In addition to that I need rehab to help me learn how to walk again, which will be a min because I can't even put weight on my legs at all for three months, and no walking for 6 to 9 months. If you have any questions feel free to leave a comment, and I will respond as soon as possible.
