A ROOF BY WINTER

I am a 36 year old man. My family and I are living in a home in need of serious repairs before winter. Our roof has completely caved in on several of the rooms. We can see blue sky from inside. As well as feel the rain and cold when it's not blue. It's also letting in insects and birds. In addition to this the prior owner messed up the plumbing to the point that I have to have a complete repiping of the home. Right now we are unable to even leave the water turned on. We shut it off at the street and still there is a constant leak from tub. We plain cannot use hot water and to shower requires turning on the water which floods benath the house as water gushes non stop until it's shut back off. I don't know what to do. I work as a caregiver but with this continuous water leaking all my extra money is going to an extreme monthly water bill as well as trying to keep this place heated with holes in the roof. The spare room and it's bathroom are unusable and unsafe. Im seeking $2500 for repairs but I am aware it could be much more. Im getting estimates now. Any help would be appreciated. You can drive by my house anytime and see the urgency from the street even. It's embarrassing and an eyesore. please help if you can in any way.
