A nurse for papa Joey Commisso

My friends, I'm out of options & could desperately use your help. Since my Dad's open heart surgery last week for aortic valve replacement, he's been experiencing post operative confusion/dementia. He's unsure of where he is on many occasions & twice was unable to recognize me as his son thinking I was a doctor. This can unfortunately happen with older patients after a surgery of this kind. The hospital is ready to send him home from Cvicu, but for at least one week he will need a qualified nurse at home as he is a fall risk & will need assistance using the restroom ect. Unfortunately my Dad's insurance will not pay for a caretaker at home. And since he's in an altered mental state, he's unable to make the decision to pay for the help he needs. So the responsibility defaults to his family. My brother & I are his only relatives in town & we are both unable to help our Dad financially. We are re-arranging our work schedules to be at the house & help in any way we can, but we're not qualified for the round-the-clock care he'll be needing. We need to hire a nurse by this Monday as Dad will be coming home this weekend. Their fee's are anywhere between $18-$25 per hour. If you are able to help I would be tremendously grateful as trying to find a solution to this without the financial means has been a heavy burden.
