A New Generation of Leaders Program

Donation protected
Let me use words from Dr. Karambu Ringera who is the President and Founder of New Generation Leadership (NGL) trainings within her International Peace Initiative organization (IPI):

“The IPI NGL program endeavors to raise a new generation of leaders who are bold enough to take up an opportunity that presents itself in one's life and to stand up for some great principle or cause. A new generation of character-driven leaders is critically calling to be invited in our world today. And that leader is me, you, each one of us. Here is how Martin Luther Jr. put it:

You may be 38 years old, as I happen to be. And one day, some great opportunity stands before you and calls you to stand up for some great principle, some great issue and some great cause. And you refuse to do it because you are afraid…. You refuse to do it because you want to live longer…. You’re afraid that you will lose your job, or you are afraid that you will be criticized or that you will lose your popularity, or you’re afraid that somebody will stab you, or shoot at you or bomb your house; so you refuse to take the stand.

Well, you may go on and live until you are 90, but you’re just as dead at 38 as you would be at 90. And the cessation of breathing in your life is but the belated announcement of an earlier death of the spirit.”

We have 100 young women and men who have heard their own call to make changes in their lives and those throughout Kenya. They are tired of people starving in Kenya and the world when there is enough food and technology to grow it.  They are fed up with the corruption In Kenya and the world and with the poverty and immorality created by it.

They are determined to work with the 16 million youth of Kenyan and millions more around the world who have been used and neglected so long they have forgotten the real power they have within themselves to create their own jobs and dreams. They are tired of Kenyans and people around the world dying for lack of medicines when there is enough money to provide the needed medicines for everyone.

They are tired that disease ridden Kenyans as well as millions more around the world lack the support needed to survive but if not for corruption and bad leadership they would be living normal lives. And they are fed up with children throughout Kenya and the world unable to attend schools because there is not enough money to pay their school fees even though there are enough resources to make it happen.

They have heard their own cries and those of their own families.  They have heard the cries of millions of Kenyans and have determined to do what they know they must do to establish complete change to the way things are. But to do so they need training and they realize that the New Generation Leadership Program is the training they most need. Yet these 100 do not have the means to attend and desperately need someone to sponsor them for their much needed training.  If they can be sponsored, Dr. Karambu and I KNOW they will do the rest.

Both Dr. Karambu and I are respectfully asking you to sponsor one or more of these individuals at $100 dollars each. We will connect the individual or individuals you have sponsored to you so you can personally hear from them of their experiences within the training and what they intend to do with the information learned.

So please, join us by sponsoring as many NewGen leaders as you can and be part of a great revolution of change. You can do so by going to this link: https://www.gofundme.com/a-new-generation-of-leaders-program Please choose to help sooner rather than later!

And as always… be blessed this day and for all those yet to come your way.

PS:  Here is what one recent Leadership student wrote of her personal experiences during the final moments of her training to find who she truly was and where she needed to go in her life:

The Search

Through the depths of my soul,

Deep beneath the chambers of my heart

I have searched-

Through the blood in my vessels,

and the senses in my nerves

I have looked,

I have sought to unfold, define and understand,

To know,

The person in me.

In the depths and shallowness of my breath,

The length and width of my brains,

Through the brightness of my smile,

And the dullness of my frown,

The light in my laughter,

and the pain in my cries.

The brightness of day and darkness of night

I have searched-

And within all these, I found;

I found a chamber of trust,

A fountain of peace,

A monument of humanity,

A sea of respect,

A valley of compassion,

And an umbrella of integrity.

I found love.

I AM LOVE.
