A little is appreciated

As I sit here drinking contrast material for the CT scan that will ultimately determine whether I am discharged or will have to undergo more invasive procedures I am faced with a harsh reality; I am at rock bottom. What started out as a new adventure with the best of intentions has turned sour. The career that was going to bring exciting new challenges evaporated and with it my health insurance.
The hurricane was kind to us but brought expenses that were unexpected and a dear family member was hospitalized shortly after that. And now its my turn,..
Since last Saturday I've been on IV antibiotics trying to avoid surgery that will leave me with a temporary colostomy.
The truth is I don't know how to ask for help but here I am. The hospital is working with me on their bill but there are no assistance plans for doctors, prescriptions, rent, and the like. I could use a little help please, and if you can't spare a buck or two could you take a minute to share this?
I'm not good at asking for help but I promise if I didn't need it I wouldn't be doing this. Thanks for your time and I love you all regardless of your ability to donate!
