Monica needs a kidney transplant

Almost 10 years ago I was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy, a kidney disease that results when an immunoglobulin A (IgA) antibody that fights infections, lodges in your kidneys and slowly causes the kidneys to fail. There is no cure. I now need dialysis for 8 hours every day until I receive a kidney transplant.  I've been out of work for 3 months now and my husband and I were a dual income family.

There's good news! We have found an approved donor for a kidney transplant! I will have to be out of work for at least 2-3 months for recovery once I receive a kidney transplant, and we still have medical costs through the process. Anything helps and I am so blessed and thankful for the support that I have received from this journey.
