JOLLY.
Next .. Thankyou to all those who have helped so far. and now the next stage.
I was diagnosed with Spino Cerebellar Ataxia17, an incurable degenerative neurological condition in March 1918 .
Is my walking stick a medical prop or a theatre prop? A show about dealing with my diagnosis, attitudes to disablity and the healing power of music, a performance combines the intimacy of confessional, observational story telling with technological effects of film projection and soundtrack.
Without your help this show wouldn't have got to this stage. We thank you for your support. It enabled the makingof a tiny fragile, no/lo budget version of this show in early 2018 directed by Jack Klaff. If the show were a plant, it is now in bud. Now is the time for it to flower into a fuller version, enlarging the production and creative team and paying them for their time and contribution, increasing the production values to make it a sturdier production for bigger venues.
10% of any funds after recoupment of production costs will go to movement-based Ataxia research.
