To Support Calvin's Children & Pay Burial Costs

Our43-year-old son Calvin died suddenly on May 7th, 2019 after a brief stay in the hospital ICU. He was apparently unaware of his diabetes but fell into a coma and died without regaining consciousness. He had no Life Insurance, no Savings and no Estate.
He was a Single Father and is survived by his two teenage children, a son Malachi 13 and a daughter Erica, age 16, who are both really missing him. They have been uprooted from their cozy home and life with their "Best Friend" and Father. The whole family cares very deeply for their loss, and we all miss Calvin's happy smiling face and jovial laughter.
Sadly, the children have also lost every familiarity they knew before his death: All their Friends, their School Teachers, and Classmates, their Church affiliations and in fact, all their favorite places. And, while they have now been welcomed into the home of an Aunt and Uncle and are living with their Cousins, the transition has been very difficult for them, getting re-settled into an unfamiliar city and surroundings and making new friends. It has been a very difficult and traumatic adjustment period for them.
This sudden and unexpected event has left us with burial expenses and has created a financial burden for us as a family that we were not prepared for.
We are going to need help to support Erica and Malachi for several years to come and provide for their long term care and necessities. Medical and Dental Care will need to be covered as well as School supplies, and of course plenty of groceries!!
