A Diabetic Alert Dog For Lila

Hi Everyone,
My name is Alexis Jeffries and I am setting up this Go Fund Me account to raise money for a Diabetic Alert Dog  for my 5 year old daughter Lila who is a Type 1 Diabetic.
Lila was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic in April 2015, Lila's life was changed forever that day.
We brought Lila to the hospital for a cough and came home with a Type 1 Diabetes Diagnosis. It's been a rough year and a half, 10xday finger pokes, changing her pump site every 3 days, with all of this my little girl stays strong. Sometimes Lila will wake up saying she wishs she didnt have diabetes, it breaks my heart and I wish I could take it away. We've have many nights we get no sleep worrying that Lila has passed out, it doesnt get any easier. With an Alert Dog it'll wake Lila at night or come wake us up if Lila doesnt respond.
With Lila being at school now brings more worries. Giving up control of our childs care is difficult. We've had serveral trips to the school to check her and she's been having a lot more lows. With 20 other kids in her class the teacher can not always be watching Lila. With a dog, the dog will stay under Lilas desk and paw at her until she gets checked and treatment.
