A Celebration of a mother and a loving friend,

Amy Jean Wojtaszek of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away at the too-young age of 44. She was loved by everyone. She was full of spunk and light. Mom was the light of so many people’s life. Her greatest accomplishment, in her eyes, were her kids, Bailey and Zach. She loved us so much. No matter what we did, or where we went, she bragged about us to everyone she knew. If anyone messed with her kids, she was a force to be reckoned with. She was also a shoulder to cry on and a place of comfort and love. Mom had health problems and everyone knows this. She was a fighter and she was so close to the finish line. Her wish was always to be cremated and brought back to the ocean. We had no idea she would be leaving us so soon, but regardless we will follow through with her wishes in any way that we can. She wanted to be back in Florida and on the beach by the end of 2019. It is such a shock to us. She was not just a mom to Zach and I, but a mom to everyone. Anyone who needed help, she was there for. She was a defender of the needy and she always lent out a hand to others, even before she would help herself. She was a caring, loving, and perfect person. The world is worse for this loss. While we are all deeply grieved, but we can rest easy knowing she was happy. She was at her happiest place in life. Despite all of her sickness and her pain, she knew she was loved and she knew that she was helping others with every breath she took. Our mom was awesome and someone we look up to every day. We will miss her every second of every day, but we know that she is at peace and without pain. Mom leaves behind a loving family: her kids, Bailey and Zach and their respective partners. Her brother and sister-in-law, Pete and Cindy Wojtaszek. Her mom, Patricia Moulton. Her animals Luna, Owen, and Lola. She had a huge following on twitter, where she spread her love, positivity, and political views that mirrored those same qualities. Everyone was her family and she was loved. We are devastated at her passing and we know many of you are too. We never ask for help, but mom deserves the best that we can give her. The GoFundme funds will be used for her cremation cost, the celebration of her beautiful life, any expenses we may encounter along the way, and living situation for me her son. I lived with her my entire life so this will be a very hard time for me but i won't let my mother down. Thank you to everyone who feels comfortable enough to donate. We are trying the best we can and while we do not have any information on the cause of her passing, we know that she left happy and loved and that is all we could have asked for.
