Mr. Hughlett “Sambo” Burden, age 76, of Franklin passed away unexpectedly on Friday October 5, 2018.
He worked hard every day to see that the needs of his family were met. He was self-employed as a logger, a job he loved. He cut trees throughout Heard County and the surrounding area for many years.
He was a good and blessed man and he adored his family. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 55 years, Mrs. Mary Nell Burden.
Mrs. Mary Nell is an icon in the local community having ministered to folks in the area for many years, always trying to help those in their time of need.
The goal of this fundraiser is to now help Mary Nell and the rest of her family during this unexpected time of need.
