Zayda's Leukemia Medical Funding

This is the story of my niece, our vivacious 2 yr old, Miss Zayda Ruth. Her journey began after she'd been sick for several weeks, with no real improvement after multiple Dr/ER visits. On July 7, 2017  her Dr finally sent her to a local hospital for lab work which showed some concerning results. The same day her parents took her to Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX where she was diagnosed with b-type Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL). She spent 6 days in the hospital, 2 of them in PICU. She began chemotherapy while hospitalized and has an estimated 2 years of treatment ahead of her. She must return weekly for chemo and bloodwork, and at any point may be admitted into the hospital. As you may understand, mom wants to be, and needs to be with baby at all times bringing this family from two incomes to one. We appreciate whatever you can and will donate to help with cost associated with transportation, food, unplanned hospital admissions and so much more.
