As we draw nearer to the 19th Quadrennial Convention of the Young People's & Children's Division, the Global Social Relations Committee remembers our brothers and sisters in the 14th Episcopal District.
Too often in the United States, we take for granted the luxuries and liberties we have in preparing to attend Connectional meetings like the Quadrennial. Especially in places like Sierra Leone, who just last year experienced devastating mudslides, it is increasingly difficult to pull resources together for all of the costs that these meetings incur.
Thus, the Committee is looking to be a blessing to a YPDer in the 14th District who is just looking for an opportunity. $500 is our goal, but it is not our limit! We urge you to help us in any way you can.
