"Women Warriors:The Voices of Change"

This multi-media concert honors the strength and heroicism of global activists fighting for social justice, environnmental causes, minority rights, and gender equality,  A cultural tour de force whose time has come, this project highlights the achievements of past, present and future activists who have risked their lives in the name of women's rights.

In partnership with Orchestra Moderne NYC, conductor Amy Andersson and a team of award-winning women composers, this event combines compelling visuals with a rich symphonic score that gives voice, hope and inspiration to women and girls around the world. The scheduled world premiere is Lincoln Center 2019.

Funds raised for this project go directly to the New York registered non-profit Music Resonates, Inc, 501(c)3, which supports Orchestra Moderne NYC projects.  Your contribution will support production costs at Lincoln Center.  As a thank you for your generous support, all donors will receive a ticket to the Lincoln Center concert and an acknowledgement in the program.

She set the record for the most marathons run on consecutive days by any person, male or female. Women were barred from running in Olympic marathons until 1984. Look how far we've come! "Women's Bodies, Women's Voices"

Orchestra Moderne NYC is raising funds for a ground-breaking music production featuring internationally known conductor Amy Andersson and Emmy Award-winning composer Lolita Ritmanis, at Lincoln Center in October 2019. Exploring the treatment and attitudes of women's bodies throughout history, "Women's Bodies, Women's Voices" will be a game-changing, cultural tour de force whose time has come. Combining a moving symphonic score with compelling visuals, this project will give a voice to womankind around the world as it travels to communities throughout the U.S and raises global awareness.

Funds raised for this project will support production costs at Lincoln Center, as well as a documentary that will be made free for educational purposes in schools and universities. All profits from the concert will be donated to charitable organizations supporting educational opportunities for women and children.
