CVMA KY 1-4, USA Cares, Bluegrass Harley Davidson and USAA are working to build Transitional Kits for local veterans in need.
On top of physical donations we are collecting money to purchase items to complete kits prior to distributing to service members.
Kits will include:
Airmattresses and pumps
Vacuum cleaners
Cleaning supplies, mop, broom, bucket and dust pans
Sheets, pillows, cases and blankets
Can Openers
Utensils
Dishes, pots, pans, dish drainers, cloths and soap
Laundry detergent
Toilet paper
Towels and wash cloths
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and paper towels.
Anything helps and our transitioning veterans will be extremely grateful for assistance during this new phase of their life.
