One of the EMS greats Eric Uliana was recently diagnosed with cancer. Eric has been involved in numours ambulance services as an Emergency Medical Technician  and served  our country in the milatary . He recently moved back in with his mother because her home is in need of significant repair . This gentelemen worked 3 jobs to help fix the house and support his mother.

I had the pleasure to become aquanted with this man at the age of 15 when he was one of the people whom has taught me to be and Emergency Medical Technician. He has alsways been there for his friends and family and always offer his hand to everyone when they have a need.

His treatment is going to be long and he may not be able to work for a bit so here is what we are trying to accomplish. We are hoping by your generosity we can help fund the reapirs to his mothers home and off set his income so that his focus can be kicking cancer right in the a**,

All money will go to Eric to be used for his and his mothers needs untill he can work again thanks again

I am truly humbled and overwhelmed by the support for Eric it is amazing, I'm answering about 209 emails and texts a day, I have been in EMS for 25 years since I was 15 Eric was my first FTO as an emt student, His wisdom and care for us all that answer the call is second to none. His friendship and knowledge is even greater . Anyone that has served by my side knows I tried my best to be that same charecter. Several times this week I have fell upon my knees and prayed harder then I ever have. I have negotiated high profile scenes held brain matter of a 4 year old child in my hand seen numerous accident, stabbings, shooting and the world at its worse level of hate. I've spent weeks deployed to natural disasters spent hours days and months away from my friends and family. I have always been there for my brothers and sisters in ems from being a provider to being the boss to being the Director of Education Service for an EMS council. I admit I have dropped to my knees and went through more tissues this week by far is the hardest calling I have ever took. It is through your love and commitment to our brother hood that I will have a shoulder to cry on and Eric with have the strength to make it. I love you all thank you for your support thank you for the emails and kind words. You are friends of my mentor of almost 26 years therfore you are now my family.

With the power of the Lord and your support Eric, his family, i and all of you will make it through.

God bless you my brothers and sisters. May your back always be covered your call safe and your arrival safely back home the only things that happen during your call.

I just lost my brother, Lance, on September 16th to Pancreatic cancer. I know this is not much, but I hope it helps. Keep strong.
