Upper Valley Vegan Food Truck

My husband and I are vegan, and are sick of not being able to eat out very well in the Upper Valley! We have been cooking great food for a long time and want to share it with everyone by starting a food truck that will cater vegan cuisine! With the overwhelming support we saw after a small survey on Facebook, we think it will work, but we need some help getting it started! Any amount helps, and will go straight to good use getting this thing rolling!
