FTC Team 10247
We are the Trinity BaCoNeers, a FIRST Tech Challenge robotics  team in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.  We were just named the Australian Champions and invited to represent Australia at the FIRST World Championships in Houston, Texas this April.

Our Story
With all of the job losses in our area, particularly the closing of Holdens, two members of our team are unable to afford to travel with us to the United States.  We have been working hard every weekend to raise the money we need, but selling sausages is not getting us to our goal.

As coach, I can attest that this is the hardest working group of teenagers you will ever find.  They donate 100's of hours promoting STEM in their community and are mentoring teams both locally and globally.  They are true contributors to society and worthy of all the help they can get.

How can you help
We need help to make sure all our team members are able to take part in this incredible opportunity.  Over 200,000 engineering students, volunteers and supporters will be at the Championships and we will be competing against teams from over 20 countries.  Every little bit helps!

Thank you
Our team is very close and every member vital to our chance at success at Worlds. With your help, we can can focus on building our robot and improving our engineering, programming and mechanical skills, instead of barbecueing.   We are determined to get everyone to Houston, and your support will help not just these two students, but the entire team.  Thank you so much for considering our team and we hope for your support.
