Project Torrey: Community Garden

Hey there!
We are residents of the Torrey Apartments in El Cajon working to set up a community garden this summer! We are passionate about the well being of our local communities and fostering healthy, sustainable habits in youth and families.
Our goal is to raise funds to build this garden from the roots up! 100% of profits raised will be used to buy resources for the garden, including lumber, soil, and plants.
Community gardens bring people together from a wide varitey of backrounds, races, cultures, and social classes. Community gardeners and their children eat healthier diets than do non-gardening families.
Funds are needed immediately! A donation of any amount would be greatly apprecaited.
We will post pictures along the way to show our progress.
