Toby's Unexpected Hip Surgery!

Sometimes when we rescue a dog from the shelter  they surprise us with something unexpected - maybe they are already housetrained, maybe they know how to "shake" paw..... but these surprises aren't always positive - like Toby, cute little black and white fluffy young dog. The day after we get him out of the shelter we notice he has a little hitch in his step- evaluation at the vet and x-rays to confirm, little Toby has a deformed/dislocated hip joint and needs surgery!  Toby is recovering well from the surgery but the recovery process requires that he have strict confinement and absolutely no activity for 2 months!  Toby is a trooper, he's being very agreeable with these rules.  Please help us pay off Toby's surgery bill!
