Jax needs a miracle

His Story
Jax is a beautiful 2 year old boy who should be at home playing with his much loved trains. However, his families tragic reality is that he is in hospital awaiting brain surgery and battling against a brain tumour called Melanotic Neuroectodermal Tumour of Infancy (MNTI).
His Condition
MNTI is an extremely rare neoplasm (abnormal growth) with only 485 cases reported worldwide to date. Of that extremely small group, only 2% of these are cancerous like is the case with Jax (which is less than 10 people in the world!). MNTI typically arises in infants during their first year of life, involving their face or skull.
Due to the specifics of Jax's case, not all of the tumour can be removed safely and chemotherapy is unlikely to improve the outcome but his mum says "we are praying for a miracle, please do the same."
Unbelievably, at his young age, this isn't even his first fight for his life, having been diagnosed with heart disease at just 10 days old and surviving emergency heart surgery for a severe aortic coarctation.

The little fighter continues to do all he can to deal with the cards he has been dealt but his family need your support, which can come in many forms...
