WE NEED TO BE THERE FOR THEM!
NEW INITIATIVE
#ThankBlueYorkPA is a new community initiative to support York County police officers for their dedication and service to our community. After watching the violence against police happening throughout the U.S. many began sharing their sadness with others in our community. As a result #ThankBlueYorkPA was created, a group of local citizens working together to show York County’s police officers that we appreciate their efforts to keep us safe. We are putting together #ThankBlue We Care Bags in a show of support and appreciation to our brothers and sisters in blue.
OUR GOAL
The group’s goal is to distribute 700 care bags providing one bag to every police officer throughout York County.
CARE BAG CONTENTS
Each bag will be filled with the following:
- A Fisher Police Pen
- A think you note
- A cup/mug
- Gift certificates
- Hand wipes and more
