Ebrahim Mehtari, Iranian photographer is planning to organize the exhibition "The lands and faces of Afghanistan" in cities and areas where the high number of refugees reside, in particular, Afghans.
This way, He would like to kindly seek your support, where possible, enabling him to continue organizing the exhibition, so a larger audience can have the opportunity to be familiarized with Afghanistan. In order to do so, he needs €5000 (for room rental, printing and framing photos for an indoor exhibition). Any support from you would be greatly appreciated. Even as little as €5 could help make a difference.
This exhibition which consists of sixty photographs of Afghanistan has been held in Paris successfully on October and November 2018.
In this project, He tried to focus on another face of the country that he has known, where he lived for three years. He has tried to show their everyday routines, the simplicity of their daily life rather than the image of terror, violence and war that we discover daily from the media.
Contributors of 100 Euros and above will receive 20 postcards from selected photos of the exhibition.

L'exposition "Terres et Visages d'Afghanistan" du photographe iranien Ebrahim Mehtari a été inaugurée en plein air à Paris au Jardin sur le Toit, avec succès. Dans ce projet, Ebrahim a eu à cœur de présenter un autre visage de l’Afghanistan où il a vécu pendant trois ans. Il a voulu montrer des images de la vie quotidienne et la simplicité de la vie des gens, plutôt que des images de terreur, de violence et de guerre que nous découvrons dans les médias.
Il prévoit maintenant de faire voyager cette exposition dans d'autres pays (Turquie, Royaume-Uni, Suède, Etats-Unis, Allemagne, Belgique). A cette fin, nous sollicitons votre soutien pour nous permettre de continuer à organiser l’exposition de manière à ce qu’un public plus nombreux puisse se familiariser avec l’Afghanistan. Nous avons besoin de 5000 euros (location de salles, impression et encadrement des photos pour une exposition en intérieur), et même un don de 5 euros pourra aider. Ceux qui contribueront à partir de 100 euros recevront 20 photos au format carte.
برای یادآور شدن «زندگی» در افغانستانی که این روزها نامش با جنگ و مرگ و خشونت گره خورده نیازمند کمک شما هستیم.
ابراهیم مهتری، عکاس ایرانی پس از برگزاری نمایشگاه عکس «خاک و چهره افغانستان» در پاریس، به دنبال برگزاری این نمایشگاه در شهرهایی است که میزبان پناهنده‌ها و بخصوص مهاجران افغانستان هستند.
او در عکس‌هایش با نشان دادن زیبایی‌های زندگی روزمره در این سرزمین، یادآور می‌شود که افغانستان فقط جنگ و ترور و خشونت نیست و زندگی نیز در آن جریان دارد.
اجرای این ایده نیازمند پنج هزار یورو است و هر کمکی حتی به اندازه ۵ یورو می‌تواند به تحقق آن کمک کند.
برای تشکر از افرادی که مبلغ ۱۰۰ یورو یا بیشتر به این پروژه‌ی فرهنگی کمک می‌کنند، ۲۰ کارت پستال از عکس‌های این نمایشگاه برای آنها ارسال خواهد شد.
این نمایشگاه با با ۶۰ عکس از فرهنگ، تاریخ، طبیعت و مردم افغانستان، به دنبال نشان دادن چهره «زندگی» از سرزمینی است که از آن جز مرگ و انفجار و جنگ نمی‌شنویم. این عکس‌ها طی سه سال ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۱۸ در نقاط مختلف افغانستان گرفته شده‌اند و با تصاویری از خانه‌ی مولانا، تخت رستم سمنگان، انارستان‌های قندهار، طبیعت بدخشان، مردمان پنج‌شیرو کودکان کابل، به دنبال ایجاد همبستگی و نزدیکی بیشتر مهاجران افغانستانی با جامعه میزبان‌شان هستند.
