The book is entitled: “Conversations with a Billionaire.”
Years ago, I had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with a Billionaire. The Billionaire's last name is prominent in American history and culture.
I was privileged to be part of very enriching life and leadership lessons, conversations, meetings, and meals with this Billionaire over the course of several years.
I’ve captured some of the lessons I learned in my time with him and observations of him, along with other lessons that I’ve learned throughout my life. These lessons include:
· (the power in) being present,
· quit waiting for the perfect time to start (start now!),
· resiliency in the face of adversity
· optimizing simplicity
· energy management
· and overcoming fear or how to be brave in spite of fear.
The purpose of this book is to be a compass to inspire you, to provide tools for your personal growth and to challenge your thinking and mindset - encouraging you to NOT settle for mediocrity. I hope this book moves you towards a compelling future.
