Tyler's Financial Support

Hi, my name is Tyler Shockey. On August 7, 2015, after my emergency surgery to remove a lymph node, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Although they are still conducting tests to determine the stage of my cancer, I have decided to take a leave of absense from work for treatment and to spend time with family and friends. I have not been working at my current job long enough to qualify for short term disability or FMLA therefore I will have no income during my leave. These donations are going to support me financially until we have a benefit a few months down the road to help with medical bills and cost of living, Any help will be greatly appreciated.
