Team Ceil!

Hello to all the friends of our sweet, beloved Drucker-Sutherland family.

As many of you may know our sweet Ceil was badly injured two weeks ago outside their vacation rental in Savannah, Ga when a large oak branch fell from high above and crushed her spine and knee. She is currently on day 10 at Memorial Hospital recovering from brain swelling and multiple fractures, with spinal surgery and a 5 vertebrae fusion.

Fortunately she has been moved from ICU and is stable and getting out of bed a little everyday. Thankfully she still has her sharp mind and of course her sense of humor still fully intact! She is currently on the road to making a full recovery. However it is going to be a long road and they are a long way from their dessert home in the South tip of Texas.

The hope is that after a few weeks at the local rehab facility she will be able to make her way back to Texas and have the second surgery there where they are closer to their community supports. Any of you who know and love Ceil know that she is a ROCKSTAR and uber resilient. Her dear husband Bob and the Amazing LEO are steady and amazing supports. However, with the multitude of unforeseen expenses, extended hotel stay, meals, travel expenses, the work opportunities they are both missing... We Need YOUR help.
