Hello! This is Taiga Kunii.

On October 2016, I began my career as a photographer/videographer.

I studied photography through youtube and with the help of friends I was able to develop my skills.

As I attended music school, I realized a desperate need in every musicians for a visual content. And I strongly believe both photography and videography can support their music career. 

So, I decided to collect gears for both photography and videography over the year.

HOWEVER, THE INCIDENT HAPPENED






I was working at a café from 11pm-1:30am on Tuesday, October 3rd.

My car was parked at a validated parking in front of the café.

I had almost everything in my car.
Because, I just moved in to Los Angeles 2 weeks ago.

Honestly, I had no place to stay yet.

I was sleeping in my car for days.

Someone broke two glasses of my car window and stole everything. Thankfully, I had my passport and a laptop with me while I was working at a cafe.

Here’s the list of things someone stole.

Extra chargers and batteries- $200
Sigma 50mm F1.4 lens - $700
Canon EF 85mm F1.2 lens – $2,000
Canon Speedlite 600EX Ⅱ-RT - $480
3 Seagate 2TB External Hard drive - $210
2 SanDisk Extreme Pro 256 GB - $280
2 SanDisk Extreme Pro 128 GB - $150

These items were my investment over the year as a preparation to be able to work here in Los Angeles.

This week, I have canceled 3 photography/videography works  worth $800.

I am not able to start working again until I have my equipments.

It really hurts me asking you all a favor.
But here I am asking for your help.

皆さん、こんにちは。國井大河です。
2014年からボストンの音楽大学に通い、在学中、写真家としての勉強も始めました。

在学中、たくさんの音楽家やダンサーといった芸術家の方々を中心に撮影をしました。

今年の春に大学を卒業し、拠点をロサンゼルスに移し、撮影用の機材も少しずつ揃えていた矢先の、１０月３日に、事件が起こりました。

ダウンタウンにある有料駐車場に車を停め、数時間離れている間に、強盗に合い、車に入れていた荷物を全て、盗まれてしまったのです。





車を停めていた数時間の間に、車の窓を２つ割られ、僕の衣服、本、レコーディング機材、そして撮影機材の全てを失いました。

盗まれてしまうような状況をつくってしまった僕にも大きな責任があり、深く反省しております。

どなたにも頼らず、自分の力で乗り切ろうと思っていたのですが、さすがに参りました。。

予定していた大事な撮影やレコーディングのお仕事がこなせず、すでに３つのお仕事をキャンセルしております。

そこで、大変心苦しいのですが、ぜひ皆さんのお力をお貸しください。

ご支援くださった皆様への恩返しとして、写真撮影など、僕にできることを心を込めて、お返しさせてください。
