Leaders in STEM Research

This research project is designed to explore the transformative impact of participation in an international field research internship for undergraduate and graduate students in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programs. Not only will this work explore what keeps these students in STEM careers over time, but it will also shape interdisciplinary research on the development of an ecologically responsible mindset in future leaders of organizations.

Funding will be used for administrative expenses related to materials, supplies and transportation to field research sites in Mexico.
