Grace is 13 years old and was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with Iamp21 in late March of 2016. Although the 2.5 year treatment plan seems daunting, her family knows she can do it along with the support of #TeamGrace.
Before the Leukemia struck Grace was active in both school and travel teams in Basketball & Volleyball, and on the school Track & Bowling Teams. She is a member of New Life Bible Church and Girls Scouts of America. She is an adoring sister to her 2 brothers, Jude & Dylan... The child every parent hopes for, strong yet loving... and a great a friend! Her determination, and drive always showed as an athlete and we know she will carry that competitive spirit as she battles Leukemia!
Unfortunately insurance, as we all know, doesnt cover all of the costs that this evil leukemia is going to bring. Our hearts are heavy as we think of our beautiful, bright, vibrant, and caring Gracie having to endure the pain and battles fighting cancer brings -- we wish we could wave a magic wand and have it all go away!!! But the fact is we can't and we are reaching out for help from all of you to support what we can do to ease some of the burden for Grace and her family.
