Help Support The Mazie Family

Our dear Katie passed Jan. 20th 2017 due to complications during a routine induction. It ended when a bloodclot travelled from Katie's left leg and caused a heart attack and a series of cardiac arrests. Those events resulted in severe brain damage. Unfortunately, her family had to make the most difficult decision in the world. They had to let her go. 

Logan was born Jan. 19th 2017, is currently in the NICU. Katie, being the amazing mother that she was took the brunt of the trauma and protected Logan as best as her body could. He is improving by leaps and bounds everyday. The doctors and family have high hopes for a full recovery.

Katie was an amazing woman and we all aspire to be such a great mother, spouse, daughter, and friend like her. Liam and Logan will forever have their Mom watching over them and will forever carry her in their hearts.
