Star Kids Inc. is a non-profit child care center in Plano Texas, bringing high-income-quality care to all.
To explain our claim of "high-income-quality care,"
our teacher-child ratios will be low and our teachers educated in Early Childhood Education. This level of quality is usually available to mid - high / two-income parent families.
By contrast, our targeted clientelle are often single and are still finishing high school or starting college. For the benefit of the children and their parents we will require attendance in parenting classes, 7 initial hours of classroom observation - participation to engender a sence of identity and community within our center.
Above all, this is a Christ-centered program within the house of God, and we will introduce our children and families to the kindness and power of the Gospel of our LORD Jesus Christ.
If you are able to help us with any amount large or small it will be used for purchasing classroom funiture, outside-play equipment, and required commerical equipment for the "warming" kitchen. We are now fully licensed and open, ready to take in children with just a few essential items left for completion.
Star Kids Inc. will bring the light and love of Jesus to families who live in a world of changing values and great need. In all things we will provide care that captures their hearts and inspires their minds to know how to love and live in ways of peace and kindness amid a passion for learning. This child care center is designed to minister to the whole family.
