My daughter Ruby is 13. She has been fascinated by space science for years, and has immersed herself in many related learning opportunities, including attending YMCA Space Squad . She now has an opportunity to travel to the US in December as part of Mission 1 with forty2 Edventures, in partnership with the YMCA . This is an educational tour focusing on space science and STEM, including 5 days at NASA University. This is something she has wished for for years, and now, she has a chance.
An opportunity like this has the potential to shape the rest of her life, particularly with the new space industry becoming a reality in Australia. I would love to give her this opportunity, but at $8000, I just can't afford it - so any help would be greatly appreciated. Ruby is also doing her bit to raise funds - she's selling item's she's sewn in my sewing business, and she is busking, but she needs your help to realise her dream. Thank you
